The Application may collect a selfie image or uploaded photo from You in order to provide beauty improvement, appearance analysis, makeup visualization, glow-up preview, and AI-generated image features.

The Application does not use Face Data to identify You, authenticate You, recognize You across services, or create a biometric identifier, faceprint, face recognition template, or facial identity profile.

Face Data is used only for the following purposes:

To analyze the selfie or uploaded image for beauty improvement features requested by You.
To generate a makeup, beauty, or glow-up preview image requested by You.
To send the selfie or uploaded image to Our AI image-processing Service Provider, X.AI LLC ("xAI"), for the sole purpose of generating the requested analysis or image.
To return the generated result to You inside the Application.
To allow You to download the generated image locally to Your Device.

Face Data is not used for advertising, tracking, user profiling, resale, face recognition, biometric identification, or unrelated product development.

Face Data may be shared only with xAI, Our AI image-processing Service Provider, to provide the requested feature. We do not sell Face Data. We do not share Face Data with third parties for advertising, tracking, profiling, resale, face recognition, biometric identification, or unrelated product development.

Face Data is temporarily processed on secure servers operated by Us and/or xAI. We do not permanently store Face Data.

Selfies, uploaded photos containing a face, and generated face-related outputs are retained by Us for up to 1 hour after generation so that You can view or download the generated result locally to Your Device. After this period, the data is deleted from Our systems.

xAI may store Face Data when Face Data is included in an Application Programming Interface request sent to xAI or in an Application Programming Interface response returned by xAI. According to xAI’s API Security Frequently Asked Questions, API requests and responses are temporarily stored on xAI servers for 30 days in case they need to be audited for potential abuse or misuse, and this data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

xAI stores API requests and responses for this 30-day period so they can be audited for potential abuse or misuse. The 30-day period is used to provide a limited and temporary window for detecting, investigating, and responding to potential abuse or misuse while avoiding longer retention than necessary.

xAI states that it does not train on API inputs or outputs without explicit permission.

We may retain limited technical logs where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to protect the Service. These logs are not used to identify Your face or create biometric profiles.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or xAI’s servers for the limited purpose of providing the requested AI image-processing feature, or it may be stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To provide beauty improvement, appearance analysis, makeup visualization, glow-up preview, and AI-generated image features requested by You.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that You have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

With xAI: We may share selfie images or uploaded photos that may contain Your face with X.AI LLC only to generate the requested beauty analysis, makeup visualization, glow-up preview, or AI-generated result image.
For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
With Affiliates: We may share information other than Face Data with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
With business partners: We may share information other than Face Data with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions. Face Data is not shared with business partners for advertising, tracking, profiling, face recognition, biometric identification, or unrelated product development.
With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside.
With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

xAI may store Application Programming Interface requests and responses that include Face Data for 30 days for audit of potential abuse or misuse. xAI states that this data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Face Data may be processed by xAI in order to generate the result requested by You. Such processing is limited to providing the requested Application feature.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Selfies, uploaded photos containing a face, and generated face-related outputs are automatically deleted from Our systems within 1 hour after generation. xAI may retain Application Programming Interface requests and responses that include Face Data for 30 days for audit of potential abuse or misuse, after which xAI states the data is automatically deleted.

You may also contact Us to request deletion of any Personal Data that remains associated with Your Account, subject to legal or security retention requirements.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement
